Jann Baskett
Jann is a storyteller, helping our clients articulate who they are and who they want to be when they grow up. Her history includes managing the creative services departments of Details, Mademoiselle and The New York Times Magazine Group. She's also been marketing director at Texas Monthly, and later, a founding partner/director of brand strategy at Milkshake Media.

Brad Phillips
Brad is our fearless captain of interaction and experience design. He's always two steps ahead, architecting the relationships between humans and the products they use. He’s been a founding partner/creative director at Milkshake Media and an art director at Engineering Animation Inc., a transmedia company with noteworthy clients including Mattel and Disney.
Ryan Thompson
Ryan is our visual translator and conceptualist, taking raw materials and shaping them into the finished designs. His experience as a founder of Chemistry Set and as a senior designer at Milkshake Media sharpened his skills across an array of creative platforms. Ryan is also on the review board of Art in Public Places.

Rebecca Naul
As our endlessly talented designer and jill-of-all-trades, Becca makes us (and our clients) look good. Her résumé includes work as a freelance photographer and designer, an intern for the Band of Heathens, a photographer for Study Breaks Magazine and a designer for UT RecSports.

Maureen (Mo) Serrao Cole
Mo brings order to our creative chaos. Her ability to juggle 18 flaming piranhas while bottle-feeding kittens is tested daily as she keeps everything on track. Mo won her project management stripes at FGA Media, FG Squared Interactive Marketing, Houghton Mifflin-Harcourt and Ticketmaster-Citysearch.
